Content Workpoint

Terms of commission

These terms apply when you ask Content Workpoint to walk a terminal, draw passenger flow, or produce operations-room boards. By sending a note, paying a deposit, or confirming visit dates, you accept them. We are Content Workpoint, 43 East Street, Mark Cross, TN6 7SF, United Kingdom, hello@content-workpoint.click.

The work

Each commission is described in a written estimate: on-site days, halls covered, and deliverables (boards, maps, handover packs). We do not grant software licences, hosted access, or live data connections. Airside passes, escorts, and photography permissions remain your responsibility.

Dates and access

On-site days depend on escorts and weather. If fog, industrial action, or withdrawn airside access prevents a stay, we reschedule the days. Time already spent drawing from material you supplied still counts as work begun.

Intellectual property

Until invoices are paid in full, drawings remain ours. After payment, you may reproduce the agreed boards for your airport’s operations rooms and staff packs. You may not resell the drawings to another airport or present them as another studio’s work. We may describe the commission in general terms without naming restricted security details.

Liability

Boards are briefing aids, not air traffic, stand allocation, or safety-case substitutes. We are not liable for operational decisions, missed departures, or queue events. Our liability for a commission is limited to the fees paid for that commission, except where United Kingdom law forbids a limit (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, and fraud).

Fees

Estimates are in pounds sterling. A one-third deposit holds the first on-site week. The balance is due on delivery of print-ready files or at the hang-and-walk, whichever is later. Late sums may pause remaining visits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of the United Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief elsewhere to protect drawings.

Changes

We may update these terms for new commissions. Work already confirmed keeps the terms you accepted unless we both agree otherwise in writing.
