Rates that follow the hall, not a menu of seats

Every terminal has a different number of belts, lanes, and piers. The figures below are starting points for a quoted visit. We do not offer monthly access, and we do not discount a second pier as if it were a spare licence.

Terminal operations dashboard programme

From £18,400 for a single-pier programme, including two three-day stays, print-ready boards, and a handover pack. Two-pier work is scoped after the first walk because the second pier is rarely a copy of the first.

Passenger flow walk and count

From £4,800 for one terminal on a quiet midweek sample plus a written pack within ten working days. A comparable busy sample, if you want both, is added after we see the midweek numbers.

Security queue visualisation

From £6,200 including two observation mornings from the supervisor position. Extra search areas (for example a separate staff-search) are quoted once we have seen the hatch.

Baggage reclaim and hall boards

From £5,900. Additional belts after the hall walk. Evening inbound-bank observation is part of this rate; a second bank on a different weekday is extra.

Disruption-day briefing boards

From £7,400 once you supply the existing playbook. Without a playbook we cannot invent coach gates or catering water points, and we will say so on the first call.

Seasonal peak boards

From £5,100 per named weekend set. Christmas Saturday and summer Saturday are separate sets; we will not stretch one drawing across both.

What moves a quote

Airside escort time, island travel, photography restrictions, and whether the operations room can be used in night lighting all change the figure. A one-third deposit holds the first on-site week. Mainland UK travel is included on the starting rates above.
