Privacy notice

Content Workpoint is the data controller for personal information you send us. Contact: 43 East Street, Mark Cross, TN6 7SF, United Kingdom, hello@content-workpoint.click, telephone 07802716823.

What we collect

From the enquiry form or email: name, email address, message, optional programme of interest, airport or terminal name, and a preferred week. From a telephone call we may note the same. We do not ask for passport numbers, airside pass copies, or health data through this site. Passes are handled under your airport’s own rules.

Why

We use this information to reply, estimate, plan escorts with you, and invoice. The legal bases are steps toward a contract and our legitimate interest in running a small studio. Cookie choices are stored on your device; see the cookie note.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are deleted after eighteen months. Commission files, including names of your on-site contacts, are kept for six years after the final invoice for accounting and dispute purposes, then reduced to a non-identifying project note or deleted.

Your rights

Under United Kingdom data protection law you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection, and you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. To use a right, write to hello@content-workpoint.click. We will not sell your details.

International transfers

Our email and file hosting may store copies outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens we rely on the provider’s UK-approved transfer mechanism (such as the UK Addendum to standard contractual clauses) or a UK adequacy regulation. We do not send enquiry contents to advertising networks.

Processors

We use an email host and an accountant. They see only what they need to carry the message or the invoice. Photographers we occasionally hire on site work under your airport’s permit, not as a substitute controller for passenger photographs; we avoid identifiable passenger faces in published journal images.
